At Corporate Image, our commitment to sustainability guides us, from our vendor and material selection to our innovative products. We continue to invest in optimizing our facilities and production processes to green standards.

100% POST CONSUMER

Since 1983, the core of every binder, architectural folder and sample board has been made with 100% post-consumer waste solid board.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Motion sensor light fixtures were installed in all our warehouse facilities. We use 100% natural gas as it is a cleaner-burning ally to renewable energy sources, like wind and solar. It can be switched on much more quickly and emits less pollution than other power sources.

RECYCLING

We recycle paper waste from all of our production facilities (including our office paper waste). Each ton (2,000 pounds) of recycled paper can save 17 trees, 380 gallons of oil, three cubic yards of landfill space, 4,000 kilowatts of energy, and 7,000 gallons of water. This represents a 64% energy savings, a 58% water savings, and 60 pounds less of air pollution!

Sustainable packaging, as defined by The Sustainable Packaging Coalition® (SPC), is a world where all packaging is sourced responsibly, designed to be effective and safe throughout its life cycle. The packaging will meet market criteria for performance and cost and is made entirely using renewable energy. Once used, it is recycled efficiently to provide a valuable resource for subsequent generations. In summary: a true closed loop system for all packaging materials. This primarily includes

We take great pride in being certified to the Forest Stewardship Council® Chain of Custody Standard, which ensures that the source of the wood fiber for our products comes from responsibly managed forests and provides environmental, social and economic benefits. Please ask about FSC® certified products for your Corporate Image product.

We maintain Material Safety Data Sheets containing information on how to work safely with all products, on file for all raw materials.

We provide a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for all of our employee-owners and are OSHA compliant.
