Sample boards to present your products at a glance

For an immediate visual display of your samples, our rigid sample boards are a great solution. At a glance, your customers can easily view your product samples. Sample boards offer a great solution for larger samples. They are flat boards that can be custom printed with your artwork before you adhere your samples onto them. Sample boards are available with optional die-cut handles or 3-hole drilled to be inserted into your ring binder.

flush cut

This style of sample boards incorporates the post-consumer waste binders board, which is the foundation of all of our sample boards, into your board design. The edges display the raw board while the front and back are covered in paper which can be fully printed with your design. The corners of these flush-cut sample boards are typically rounded to increase the durability during handling.
The minimum size for our flush cut sample boards is 3″ x 3″.

Turned-Edge

Just like a fine book, we can case and line your sample board, creating a turned-edge style board. Our post-consumer waste binders board will be fully wrapped in paper with your custom print design and embellishments. Your product samples or finishing options can be applied to the hand board.
For our turned-edge boards we offer sizes from 6-1/2″ x 12″ up.

Die-cut handle

You can finish your sample board with a die-cut handle for easy carrying or a
hole to hang your sample board in a showroom peg board.

3-hole drilled

Another option is to have your board 3-hole drilled to be used in a ring binder. This allows for the accommodation of additional information, for example spec sheets or instructions, in one complete kit together with your sample display.

Customize your sample board to your exact needs and choose between turned-edge boards and flush cut boards. Board weight: 79pt, 98pt, 110pt and 120pt. You can finish your sample board with a die-cut handle for easy carrying or a hole to hang your sample board in a showroom peg board. You can also have your board 3-hole drilled to be used in a ring binder. All of our print finishes are available as well, so you have the option to add spot gloss UV, foil stamping, debossing, and your choice of lamination to create exactly the look and feel you envision.
