But your corrugated boxes don’t have to be standard at all – we can create many custom styles and designs to make your project stand out. MATERIAL OPTIONS
B-flute, E-flute, single faced or double wall corrugate, our packaging team will guide you to the best option for your needs depending on the size and weight of the content and the intended use of the box. For example, a mailer style box will be designed different from one that is being carried around by your sales team. All corrugated materials have interesting visual and tactile properties and offer superior strength and protection.
FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Corrugate has a wide range of options for customizing, from applying offset printed sheets to direct print and labels, die-cut windows, handles and closures. We offer full color graphics inside and out with optional lamination to provide protection for your graphics and additional durability of the box. You can also incorporate the corrugated material itself into your design and choose between different colored corrugate such as Kraft, bleached, and black corrugate to achieve your desired look.

TUCK LOCK BOX
Country Life was seeking a sustainable look for their corrugated box. We created this design using a Kraft E-flute corrugate with direct print, a tuck lock closure style, and a custom die-cut insert made from the same Kraft corrugate to hold their Desert Essence bottles in place.
PRINTED SLIPCASE
This corrugated slipcase was designed by Business Performance Group for Caterpillar to accommodate a set of custom binders. To match the design of their binders, an offset printed sheet with gloss lamination was adhered to the outside of the slipcase.
TRIPLE BLACK CORRUGATE WITH INSERT
Marena Studios wanted an elegant tuck lock box for their 252 East 57 project. Triple black corrugate is dyed throughout and decorates beautifully with foil stamping (a subtle design on the lid in this case). The box is completed with a custom insert to hold a USB flash drive.
MAILER WITH HANDLE
This tool kit, designed by Health Partners, is a pizza style mailer box with an offset printed sheet with matte soft touch lamination adhered to the outside. The box is completed with a white handle for ease of use.
SLIPCASE + TRAY WITH FOAM INSERT
This corrugated slipcase and tray is part of a multi-component Q2 mailing campaign. The box has a fully printed and laminated sheet with beautiful spot gloss UV decoration adhered to the outside. A foam insert holds the content in place.
SAMPLE DISPLAY TRAY
Sonoma Tilemakers uses a corrugated tray to hold their sample boards with tile samples in place. The box is made from oyster white corrugate and has a printed sheet with soft touch lamination adhered to the outside.
MULTI-DRAWER BOX
We created this 3-drawer box for Armstrong Flooring as part of their sample presentation line. The housing and drawers are made from triple bleach corrugate and wrapped with offset printed and laminated sheets to ensure cohesive color results across all of their sample display products.
BOX WITH MAGNET CLOSURE
Wagner Design created this fully printed corrugated box for Grand Rapids Chair. The box features a magnet closure, corrugated spacers, and a business card pocket which is applied to interior lid. Grand Rapids Chair uses this box to showcase finishing options.
MAILER BOX
Visible Equity created a corrugated mailer for their national conference. The box shows the oyster white corrugate on the interior and is fully printed on the outside. The box is completed with a fully printed custom die-cut tray to secure the conference materials.

CLOSURES
If your custom box or packaging needs a little extra help to stay shut, Corporate Image offers a wide variety of closures. From velcro dots in white of black, magnets, turnbuckle and snap style closures, you can be sure your products and information are secure.
HANDLES
If your packaging will be traveling with you, adding a handle may help. Corporate Image offers handle options that will improve the look, feel and ease of use of your project. Our handles come in standard black and white.
Available handle styles include 6″ handles and Swivel handles. Our packaging design team is happy to find the best handle for your custom box project.
CUSTOM INSERTS
A custom designed insert makes your box even more special. They are ideal to present your product with an additional “wow” and they hold all your pieces securely in place.
CORRUGATE AND PAPERBOARD INSERTS
An insert for your box can be created from different materials, depending on your product specifications and preferences. While a corrugate insert is ideal for holding heavy duty samples in place, a paperboard insert has a more elegant appeal to it. Our in-house packaging designer will create a white mock-up of your box and insert, so you can test the dimensions and make sure your products stay securely in place and are presented exactly the way you envisioned.
FOAM INSERTS
Corporate Image also offers foam inserts for extra cushioning and protection. The foam will be custom cut to fit the dimensions of your box and to hold your product or sample in place.
LAMINATION
Unlike protective liquid finishes such as aqueous coating, varnish or UV, film lamination actually reinforces paper- extending the life and improving the performance of printed pieces. Since it’s a film, it stretches and flexes, something liquid coatings cannot do.
