How to Order Presentation Boxes & Corrugated Packaging
Before you begin...

Serving as your primary contact, our experienced sales representatives focus on helping you create the best possible box or corrugated package to meet your needs. Once your project goes into production, your sales representative and project manager will guide you through the production process.

Samples
We can send you samples of our work. Please keep in mind that our samples are current job overruns, so we may not have printed samples of a specific style on hand.

Estimates
All estimates are completed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours for standard items. Additional time may be required for custom projects or large quantities. All prices are based on information provided at the time the estimate is prepared. If the specifications change for any reason, our estimate will be revised to reflect the new information. We know you don't want any surprises, and we will seek your approval of the revised price before proceeding with your job.

Ready for production

Digital Templates
When you're ready to begin the final design phase of your sales box or corrugated project, we will email a template to you. This ensures that your final product will match your design and eliminates the worry about critical details like score lines, glue strips, tuck-flaps and die-cutting tolerances.

Artwork Preparation
We will provide all the production specifications and information you may need. We can output your digital files from a disk or you may upload files to our FTP site. Please provide a full set of laser proofs or a PDF of your final art.

Quantity/Scheduling
Our minimum order for sales boxes and corrugated packaging is 500 pieces, per product. Once you have approved your proof and returned it to us, your sales representative or project manager will contact you with a ship date.

Proofs
We will generate a color digital proof for your approval. We also offer PDF proofs.

Press Checks
Please let your sales representative or project manager know in advance if you wish to press check your job. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

    • Select box style
  • Determine quantity (minimum order of 500 pieces)
  • Select paper stock
    • Uncoated or Coated
      • 18-pt. or 24-pt. or corrugate
  • Decorating options
    • Determine number of colors
    • 1- or 2-sided printing
    • Lamination (optional)
      • Natural Matte, Gloss, Semigloss
      • Linen Texture
    • Foil Stamping
    • Debossing
  • Design details
    • Flap – square, round or custom shape
    • Handle or no handle
  • Review companion pieces to complement your box
  • Watch for your template to arrive via email
  • Create your final production file to fit the template
  • Send a disk or upload your files to our FTP site
  • Select your proof: a digitally printed proof or a PDF proof for faster turn time. Upon receipt of your approved proof, your production schedule will be set.
